Is there a free plan?

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. A card is required; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

Which plan do I need for Slack, Telegram, workflows and broadcasts?

Orbit or Interstellar. Launchpad covers email and live chat.

What currency are prices in, and is there annual billing?

Prices are in US dollars, or Nigerian naira for customers in Nigeria, and billed monthly. There's no annual billing yet.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time. Seat changes are prorated.

Who counts as a seat?

Owners, admins and agents. Viewers, billing contacts and IT admins are free.

What are AI credits?

A shared monthly pool for the workspace, not per seat. Credits are spent when your team uses AI directly, like the assistant. Reading and grouping incoming messages is on us and never uses credits.

What if we use more credits than our plan includes?

Nothing is switched off. Extra credits are $0.02 each and appear on your next invoice.

Do we pay for customers, dockets or channels?

No. Pricing is per seat only.
